WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE FIRST USING IT?
Our chest freezer has inside compressor and it needs to be placed upright 24 hours before you use. The compressor should be placed still at least 24 hours before using since the machine is bumped in transit.
WHY THE PACKAGE CAME WITHOUT BOTTOM?
The package is specially designed because buyers don’t have to lift the chest freezer off the package. The box is able to be lifted off the top without even opening the box. So the bottom is foam rather than sealed box.
WHAT CAN I DO IF THE MACHINE STOPS WORKING?

CAN I PLACE IT AT A BUILT-IN SPACE?
We do not recommend you to placed the chest freezer undercounter. It should be placed far away from heating appliances to make sure the cooling effect.

There might be various reasons: 1. The temp set is too cold 2. The doors is not fully closed. 3. Food in fridge contain too much moisture – please pack them in sealed boxes.
