Easy to Use This Mandolin Slicer

1. Pull the supportive legs out from the beneath, lay flat on a cutting board or countertop.

2. Press the dial knob and turn clockwise to adjust the thinkness of your slices and to toggle between a straight slice and a julienne cut. It can be adjusted from paper thin to 10mm slice or 4.5mm to 9mm julienne slices.

3. Attach the food you’re slicing to the food safety hand holder and move the holder according to the arrows on the guard quickly up and firmly down over the blade.
