1. Inspect the packaging and product are intact, let the unit sit for 24 hours before using.

2. The room temperature is between 41℉-95℉.

3. Install the hose and window kit according to the instructions.

4. Observe whether the indicator light is on.

Only the fan works, no cooling or poor cooling effect?

1. Install the window kit.

2. Check if the hose is bent or blocked.

3. Check if the compressor is working properly.

4. Check if the filter is dirty.

5. Whether the set temperature is lower than room temperature. 6.Empty the water tank.

How to reduce the frequency of drainage?

1. In cooling mode, use a drain hose to connect to the middle drain hole to achieve continuous drainage.

2. In heating mode, connect the drain hose to the bottom drain hole and find a lower container at the other end for drainage.
