Why is the noise level so high when I set the temperature to the lowest and the fan to the highest speed?

When the temperature is set to the lowest and the fan is on maximum, the compressor operates at full capacity, reaching up to 85dB. This is normal. To reduce noise, increase the temperature and lower the fan speed once the room cools.

Why is the device’s working noise described as being below 52dB, but I feel the noise is loud when I use it?

The description on the page refers to when you use the sleep mode, and the room temperature reaches the desired level, the compressor temporarily operates. At this point, the noise will drop to below 52dB.

Does the self-evaporation feature mean that no drainage is required?

NO!!! The auto-evaporation system removes some water, but not all – especially in dehumidification mode. For best results, use the drain hose to route water to a container and prevent leaks.

Why do the lights in my home dim when using this device?

The device uses 1340 watts and requires a 15A circuit to work properly. Please ensure your electrical system meets this to avoid voltage issues.

Why does the device emit a slight electrical smell when running?

Device operating load: When the device is used in an environment between 7°C and 35°C (44.6°F to 95°F), the maximum current is about 12A. It is recommended that the household outlet supports 15A.
