What are the unlocking methods?
The TCL K1 Smart Knob supports multiple unlocking methods: Fingerprint, Password, Temporary password, APP near-field or Key.
How many Fingerprint are supported?
The TCL K1 Smart Knob officially supports up to 100 fingerprints. Each fingerprint can be registered individually to allow multiple authorized users to unlock the door conveniently and securely.
How long does it last after a full charge?
In laboratory conditions, if the door is opened 10 times a day, it can last for 12 months. （manual recognition）
What is the privacy mode？how to setup？
When enabled,only Adiministrator and emergency key can unlock it;
Short press the interior button to enable privacy mode.
How do I add a device?
1. Open the Smart Life app and tap “+” to add a device. This will automatically search for nearby devices.
2. Select “K1” from the search results and follow the on-screen instructions to add the device.
