Troubleshooting WiFi connection issues
1. Please press and hold “-” when the WiFi symbol flashes and then double-click “-” to reset the WiFi and pair the network again.
2. Please confirm whether you have turned on the Bluetooth function of your phone. We have dual-mode (WiFi+Bluetooth) networking;
3. Please be sure to turn on the location service permission of the App (not the location service of the mobile phone);
4. After activating WiFi pairing mode, open the APP, and the device that needs to be connected will pop up directly on the page.
5. If it does not pop up, you can add the device at the “+” sign in the upper right corner.
6 Make sure the network is 2.4GHz WiFi.
7. If you still cannot connect, please use another mobile phone to perform the above operations.
