This MiFi hotspot is designed to work on AT&T networks, but it is unlocked and can be used with other American operators without the need to change the APN manually.

AT&T offers various plans. For existing AT&T line holders, plans start from: $55/month with 50 GB | $90/month with 100 GB. New customers will find higher rates. It’s best to confirm current rates directly with a AT&T operator.

2.Connecting to AT&T

There are several ways to purchase and pay for a data plan for an AT&T hotspot purchased from us:

You can go to an AT&T store and purchase a data plan there.Alternatively, go to the AT&T website and buy online.

Based on customer feedback, the online method is the easiest. However, if you would prefer not to buy online, you can purchase a data plan in a physical store.

Decide how many gigabytes you need per month to choose the right plan. If you’re not sure how much data you need, start with the minimum plan and increase it as required.

If you already have an AT&T line, adding a second line for the hotspot will probably cost less. Otherwise, you will pay the standard rates set by the operator.

When purchasing a plan, have your device and SIM card ready. You will need the IMEI of your device and the ICCID of the SIM card that came with it to connect. To make the connection process as quick as possible, provide the operator with the following information:

Once the operator has received all the information, they will process it and provide a payment method and option. Once you have paid for the plan, it will be activated on the SIM card. This usually takes 15–30 minutes, but may take up to 24 hours. As the seller, we are not responsible for the operator’s work or the duration of the tariff plan activation process. This process is generally similar to purchasing a phone number for a regular phone, which also takes time. Therefore, if you purchase online, we recommend allowing 30 minutes for this process to ensure a smooth connection; if you visit a store, we recommend allowing 1 hour.

The AT&T SIM card included with the device will not work with another carrier’s network. The other carrier will provide you with their own SIM card. If the carrier does not accept the AT&T IMEI, you can ask the carrier for their IMEI. Alternatively, you can use your phone’s IMEI. If neither option works, we can provide you with an IMEI to connect to the desired carrier. The only peculiarity of connecting to another carrier is that you may need to register your APN number on the device. You can get the APN value from the carrier or from us. We will promptly provide it to you.

If you want to connect to a tariff plan while traveling outside the US, we recommend doing so at the carrier’s store. This way, all related issues can be resolved on the spot, and you will be satisfied with the result.
