Easy to set up and install, this water level monitor requires no additional apps, hubs, or mounting brackets. Simply connect it to your WiFi network and hang the stainless steel float sensor with its own weight. The stainless steel float sensor offers versatile sensing options, capable of detecting both high and low water levels. With a simple flip of the float ring, you can switch between the two detection modes. The 10-foot long cable provides easy/flexible adjustments and installation at the desired level.

Utilizes a high-performance external omnidirectional antenna for improved coverage, signal stability, and enhanced signal penetration, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity.

Registers up to 2 phones for direct text message and 4 email addresses per device. Compared to Email-to-SMS, direct text messages ensure timely receipt of crucial alerts. Alert/notification via email is unlimited and free permanently. 300 free text messages come with the purchase, which can cover more than 5 years for most users, and can be renewed for free after 5 years. Only US/Canada phones are supported currently.

No Fill Percentage Reporting: The device detects only the high or low water level, and when the water returns to the normal level. However, it cannot report the water tank’s fill percentageWi-Fi Signal Stability Affects Battery Life: This device, like all Wi-Fi-enabled devices, depends on a good Wi-Fi signal to effectively send notifications to our cloud server. When an event occurs, such as a routine ping or an alert, the device wakes from sleep mode and automatically reconnects to your Wi-Fi network to relay the message to our server. If the Wi-Fi signal is weak or lost during this process, the device will repeatedly attempt to reconnect, causing faster battery consumption—much like how a phone battery depletes quicker during calls than in standby mode. A consistent and good Wi-Fi signal is crucial for optimal battery life.Typically Invisible on Router Due to Sleep Mode: This device operates on battery power, strategically entering sleep mode for the majority of the time to extend battery life. Due to this energy-saving feature, the device may not be constantly visible on your router’s list of connected devices.Automatic Reconnection and Device Offline Alerts: This device is designed to automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network when essential, such as during alert situations or routine ping messages. Our US-based cloud server monitors ping messages from each device daily. If the ping messages are missing, indicating potential issues, the server will send you a “Device OFFLINE” alert via email and text message, ensuring you’re never left in the dark. (Please note that the “Device OFFLINE” alert is not generated in real-time, unlike the high/low water level alerts.)No App Needed – Direct Alert System for Efficiency: Considering these sophisticated features, we’ve determined that a dedicated mobile app is unnecessary. Mobile apps can drain both the battery and the memory resources on your smartphone. Instead, we’ve established a comprehensive alert system that keeps you promptly and efficiently informed of essential notifications, negating the need for extra software on your phone. This approach keeps our technology simple, direct, and user-friendly.

“Poor connectivity. I could not get it to connect to the internet.” : Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to assist this user directly and ascertain the precise cause of their issue. However, many users report that setting up the device is straightforward when the user manual is followed closely. From our comprehensive customer support experience, we’ve identified two common obstacles to Wi-Fi connectivity: inputting incorrect Wi-Fi credentials and trying to connect to a 5GHz network. Our device exclusively supports 2.4GHz networks. Modern routers typically accommodate both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, so ensuring your router has 2.4GHz enabled can typically resolve connectivity problems. Additionally, our device is equipped with an external omni-directional antenna, offering significantly better performance than the internal onboard antennas.”Loss of wifi = reset = a pain!” : Our device is engineered for hassle-free operation, automatically reconnecting to your Wi-Fi without the need for manual resets. Our server monitors ping messages from each device daily. If these messages are absent, indicating a potential issue, a “Device OFFLINE” alert is sent to promptly inform users of potential connectivity issues. Upon receiving this alert, checking your Wi-Fi and restarting the device is recommended. The purpose of the restart is to immediately trigger a notification, allowing users to promptly verify the restoration of normal communication with our cloud server. It’s important to note, resetting the device after a “Device OFFLINE” alert isn’t a necessity, as automatic reconnection is built into the device’s functionality. However, it’s advised for immediate confirmation of connectivity. With a strong and stable Wi-Fi signal, ‘Device offline’ events should be exceptionally rare.”Poor quality. Quit working after 6 months.”: Under normal conditions, our device is built to last and should serve you well for many years. The core component, our control unit, is securely enclosed within a sealed case for maximum protection, while the float sensor features robust stainless steel construction. Instances of the device ceasing to function within 6 months are exceptionally rare. We earnestly encourage users experiencing any issues to let us know. Doing so allows us not only to resolve your concerns to your satisfaction but also to continually refine and improve our products based on real-world feedback. For instance, we’ve adapted our designs in response to reports of corrosion in locations with high humidity and salinity, such as near the sea. This feedback led to the implementation of stainless steel screws, enhancing resistance to corrosion without compromising functionality.”DOES NOT WORK. No alarm sound goes off. And the notifications only go off when they want to.”: The audible alarm feature is indeed not included as part of our product’s design. Additionally, the alert cancellation notifications are NOT sent out immediately. Instead, they are set with a maximum delay of 5 minutes by design. This is a thoughtful feature intended to minimize unnecessary, repetitive water level alerts. Please note that after an alert cancellation notification, a new water level alert is triggered and sent out immediately without delay, since we believe the water level alerts are very critical. We understand this design choice might not meet every user’s expectations, which is why we’re here to listen and help.
