Can this steamer be used in European countries with using the EU adapter?

For use in 120v countries only. Using the EU adapter for use in European countries (220v) may damage the steamer.

It is recommended to use distilled or purified water. Because there are many impurities in tap water, long-term use will cause scales in the heat generator and steam holes.

Fill water tank with distilled water, plug in and wait for preheat. Press the button to start ironing.
