Experience the perfect combination of technology and comfort with this modern, energy-saving solution for your home If your thermostat is not displaying all available modes (Heat, Cool, Auto) in your smart home system, follow these steps to manually update the thermostat settings and refresh the system. Step 1: Access the Thermostat’s Physical Menu 1. Go to the thermostat unit and wake up the screen if necessary. 2. Press the Menu button ( “⦾ ”) and ensure the thermostat mode is blinking.
Step 2: Manually Select Each Mode 1. Press the Menu button ( “⦾ ”) again to select “Heat” Mode and confirm the selection by pressing press ” ▼” or “▲”. 2. Wait for a few seconds to ensure the mode is properly set. 3. To change to “Cool” Mode repeat the same process and confirm again.
Step 3: Refresh the Smart Home System 1. Open your smart home system app or interface. 2. Refresh the device list or perform a manual sync/update for the thermostat. – If the system does not have a refresh option, try logging out and back in. Step 4: Verify That All Modes Appear in the Smart Home System 1. Check if Heat, Cool, and Auto modes are now visible in the app. 2. If they still do not appear, repeat Step 2 and ensure that each mode change registers before refreshing the system.
