Grinding Fineness Adjustment Procedure

1.Remove the central nut, handle lever, washer, and L-shaped bracket in sequence.

2.With one hand, lift the central screw, and with the other hand, gently turn the hex screw (six slots) clockwise until slightly tight. Be careful not to over-tighten to avoid damaging the parts.

3.Reinstall the L-shaped bracket with the long side facing up into slot of the hex screw and grind to the zero mark.

4.Consider one slot of the hex screw as one unit.

5.Loosen the hex screw 2-3 slots counterclockwise for espresso machines. Loosen the hex screw 4-5 slots counterclockwise for grinders, pour-over coffee makers. Loosen the hex screw 6-7 slots counterclockwise for balanced siphon brewing.

6.After adjusting the grinding unit, place the washer, lever handle, and nut back in sequence, then tighten. Now, enjoy the coffee grinding process.
