We’ll arrange complimentary replacements if we stock the compatible filter model.

Is it necessary to shut off the water valve when I replace the filter?

This filter doesn’t need the water to be shut off. Nevertheless, it’s advisable to turn off the water valve to release pressure if you encounter any challenges in removing the old filter or installing the new one.

Is it necessary to flush the filter after installing it?

Flush the new filter for 2 minutes to prepare it. Discard the first 2 ice batches. The filter is crafted from coconut shell activated carbon block, and harmless traces of charcoal may be present. Flushing helps eliminate carbon fines.

After installing the filter, why isn’t my refrigerator dispensing water?

1.The water line is switched on. 2.The new filter is securely locked in place. 3.Ensure the water pressure meets the filter’s minimum operating requirement. 4.Check if the temperature setting is above 32°F.

Is it necessary to replace the filter every six months?
