Multifunction reworking equipment that combines the functionality of Hot Air Rework, Soldering Iron, and smoke absorber in one package. The Hot Air is designed to remove and/or repair surface mounted devices such as SOIC, CHIP, QFP, BLCC, BGA, and so on. It has an auto-cooling feature to lower nozzle temperature after each usage, It is designed with knob type controls for easy temperature adjustment, coupled with dual line digital display of both the set and actual temperature. Its high powered solder iron has a smoke absorber attached to it to extract solder fumes from the source, The soldering iron features digital calibration, and configurable auto sleep.
HIGH PERFORMANCE – 550 Watts(highest in the market) of heating power and has a long life metal heater for the Hot Air. Very Quick heat up and a built in air flow gauge. Large Volume air pump that has a maximum flow of 23L/min with adjustable air flow. There is a powerful 70 Watt soldering iron for fast responsive soldering. There is a built in smoke absorber on the soldering iron to remove fumes to keep you safe.
MULTI-TOOL CAPABILITY – SMD Reworking tool designed to remove and/or repair surface mounted devices such as SOIC, CHIP, QFP, BLCC, BGA, and so on. There are 50+ nozzles sizes available. 5 Nozzles are included (1124,1130,1196,1197, 1313). Also contains an assortment of 10 soldering iron tips. Also a powered vacuum pickup tool is included and can be used to pickup small IC’s.
INTELLIGENT FUNCTIONS – It has several advanced features such as the auto nozzle cooling process after reworking, auto sleep function when placed in the hot air holder. Digital display of hot air set and actual temperature. Microprocessor controlled with self-testing hot air heating core system which warns user when aging or breakdown of the heating core occurs. VERSATILE SOLDERING IRON STAND – The configurable stand can be setup with the spool holder on either side of the station and there is an optional sponge holder. The stand will fit any of the available irons.
