Yes, the security system is under continuous monitoring 24/7. However, it’s not recommended to enable 24/7 recording as the VORGUT cameras are solar-powered and require at least 80% battery level to sustain this function.

How do I connect the camera to the app? Does it support 2.4/5GHz WiFi?

Download EseeCloud, and with both the app and the camera connected to the same LAN, you can easily establish connection following the app’s instructions. Please note that the camera only supports connection to 2.4GHz WiFi , doesn’t support 5GHz WiFi

How long does the camera last once connected to the solar panel?

The battery life varies depending on usage and weather conditions, but generally lasts for up to 365 days with continuous power supplied by the solar panel.

How can i playback recording video?

To replay recorded video, your device requires an SD card or cloud storage. Video can be stored on an SD card (up to 128GB, card not included) or in cloud storage (subscription required). Cloud-stored videos loop every 7 days, replacing older ones.

How can i charge for my camera?

You have the option of charging via solar panel or USB. Our package includes both a solar panel and a USB cable, providing you with flexibility in charging your camera.
