    My wife is the queen of charcuterie. But the cheese knives always disappear because someone forgets to put it back and they keep it on their plate by mistake. Now everyone has their own cheese knife. They are very sharp, cut hard cheese and spread soft cheese equally well. The wood handle has a smooth finish, but I don't think I will wash them in the dishwasher. I don't want to ruin the finish. Good value for the money.
