1. Why no sound when I use R/L aux analog output?

Please select PCM/LPCM as audio output format in TV settings, and select the external audio device as the audio mode of the TV.

2.Why no sound when I use HDMI ARC input?

Please make sure that your TV has ARC function and enable HDMI ARC as audio out.

Please use HDMI 2.0 version cable to support ARC function.
