MEASURE THE DUCT OPENING BEFORE PURCHASING

Always measure the wall or ceiling opening to determine which size you should order
IMPORTANT: Do not measure your old grille. After removing your grille from the opening, measure the width followed by the height. Each grille has a front end frame which wil overlap at sidewall or ceiling joining. The total outer size of this grille is 7.6″ W X 7.6″ H. Purchase a new grille that matches the measurements of your duct opening.

HOW TO INSTALL AIR VENT COVERS

Step 1.

Before you star the first step, you will need from home a screwdriver or drill, meter, pencill and all the security accesories. If you do not have the hollow opened, you need the tools to open it (depends on the material of the ceiling).

1. If you have the hollow, do not open the product bag in case you need to change it. first measure the hollow width by height and make sure that the hollow size is the same as the diffuser size that is on the bag label, to make sure that you bought the correct diffuser size. if you do not have the hollow, Measure and draw the size of the HOLLOW on the ceiling WITH the diffuser SIZE that is on the bag label wich is equal to THE diffuser NOMINAL SIZE. all the sizes are the width by the height in inches, please always measure the width first follow by the height to make sure you buy the correct diffuser.

Step 2.

Before you star the second step, make sure to open the product, removed it from the plastic bag, removed the cardboard corner that protect the diffuser corners, and get the screws that are included.

2. Place the diffuser in the hollow, secure it to the ceiling by inserting the screws into each hole that has the diffuser in the frame, using the screwdriver or drill. Do not tighten the screws until you do step three.

Step 3.

3. Before tightening the screws, ALIGN THE PRODUCT HORIZONTALLY AND VERTICALLY TO MAINTAIN THE PARALLELISM WITH THE OPEN HOLE. Once you ensure that the diffuser is aligned, tighten the screws well using the screwdriver or drill to prevent it from falling.

Step 4.

4. Once the diffuser is installed, open the diffuser blades manually one by one scording with your convenience, and then open the damper with the lever. Take notice, that the diffuser blades are used to control de air direction and the damper blades to control the airflow.

DO IT YOURSELF, IT´S RATHER SIMPLE

Sidewall Opening Size = Listed Size Each grille has a front end frame which wil overlap at sidewall joining. Install the grille

Once you have received your purchase simple you have to install the grille with the screws provided and lock it on the sizes to leave it into place.

Installing your grille it’s really simple, always measure the width first follow by the height to make sure you buy the correct grille. If the hole on the sidewall is 6″W x 6″H please order the 6″ x 6″ size option.
