The first piece that marks the beginning of the ARCOS company in the year 1734, are the scissors of the brand, created by Juan de Arcos.

Gregorio Arcos Aroca, in 1875, turn his small artisan workshop for the production of knives, scissors and daggers into a factory for the mass production of knives.

The 280 mm Universal Series Carving Knife has a long, hollow, thin and flexible blade that allows cutting large pieces of meat or ham. It incorporates a smooth edge that helps to maintain control over the pieces while cutting. In addition, it has grooves to prevent food from sticking to the blade surface.
Precision and durability: This ham knife is made using a patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and ultra-resistant tool.
Classic and safe design: Handle designed for daily use without losing design, where straight lines with large formal contrasts and color predominate. It’s made of polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
