Where can I download the keyboard driver software?
1. Enter ajazz official website: a-jazz.com.
2. Click on language: English.
3. Enter the download center.
4. Enter AK820Pro in the search bar, download and unzip the compressed file.
What is the connection operation of 2.4G wireless mode?
Turn the switch at the bottom of the keyboard to 2.4G, the green light of the R key will flash slowly, plug in the USB receiver, and the connection will be successful.
How to custom the screen content?
Please set the keyboard to wired mode. And enter the software to cunstom image/upload photoes.
What’s the function of the knob?
The CNC metal knob can adjust the volume, turn on/off the Backlight, or customize as you like.
What swicthes I can use for this keyboard?
