After the initial setup, you won’t need to keep Wi-Fi or Bluetooth on for daily use; the product will function normally without them. Our app is built on the TUYA platform, which is one of the most secure and advanced systems available, ensuring your privacy and data security.
Question: Can I exclusively use battery mode to power the device?
Answer: Please note that battery power is a backup function that only ensures the device can continue to work during temporary power outages. To extend the product’s standby time in battery mode, we have disabled the app connection feature in battery mode. Your preset feeding schedule will continue to operate, but you won’t be able to manually feed or modify the feeding schedule in battery mode.

Answer: Our product is suitable for cats of all sizes and small to medium-sized dogs. The feeder holds up to 4 liters of dry food, which equates to approximately 2-4 kilograms, depending on the kibble size. For small dogs, this capacity is typically enough for about 7-12 days. For medium dogs, it can also sustain their food intake for 3-7 days (depending on how many meals you set per day), but you should assess their daily food consumption to ensure it meets their needs. For large breeds like Labradors, Golden Retrievers, and German Shepherds, their daily intake can exceed the feeder’s capacity if they are young and active. However, for older large dogs that require strict control over their diet to maintain health, our feeder can be an excellent choice.
