Why the camera failed to be connected with APP?
Please make sure that your phone and the APP are connected to the same 2.4G WIFI, if the router is a Dual Band, please disable 5g, and then turn on 5g after the connection.
How can I turn the indicator lights off?
You can turn off the work indicator light of the camera by the following steps: click the setting icon in the APP- find work indicator- click to turn it off.
The detection message prompt frequently,what can i do?
You can adjust the sensitivity for the motion and noise detection, and adjust the temp & humudity range in the APP of “Alarm Management” to reduce the alarm frequency.
