How do I clean the peel?
Cleaning is a breeze. Just rinse off your Frederica Trading bamboo wooden pizza peel in warm soapy water and towel dry or air dry. Although bamboo is a resilient wood that has amazing ability to withstand heat and moisture, we do not recommend putting your peel in a dishwasher)
