✅ This is a lever-type press, which allows you to change the lever force. You can increase the lever by moving the mounting bolt closer to its base.
✅ If you press cheese by placing one mold on top of another, keep in mind that the weight of the upper mold is added to the lower head.
✅ When applying the load of the press lever WITHOUT additional WEIGHT, we get a pressure on the mold with a force of 11 pounds.
✅ When applying additional weight (load) at different levels (arm length), the pressure on the piston increases.
✅ Our press has 2 options for arm length without an extension, and 7 options for arm length, from smaller to larger with extensions. The longer the arm length, the greater the pressure coefficient on the piston. The corresponding number is applied to the press handle.
✅ Below we present the average value of the coefficient of additional pressure on the piston depending on the length of the arm:

Length 1. For example – loading the press lever weighing 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 5.2 lb.
Length 2. Loading the press lever weighing 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 6.3 lb.
✔️Option with extensions and full long lever:
Length 1. Loading the press lever weighing 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 9 lb.
Length 2. Loading the press lever weighing 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 10 lb.
Length 3. Loading the press lever weighing 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 11.8 lb.
Length 4 Loading the press lever with a weight of 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 12.7 lb.
Length 5 Loading the press lever with a weight of 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 13.9 lb.
Length 6 Loading the press lever with a weight of 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 14.6 lb.
Length 7 Loading the press lever with a weight of 1 lb gives an additional pressure on the mold with a force of 16.3 lb.
