Customers find the steam cleaner does a fantastic job and appreciate that it doesn’t require harsh chemicals for cleaning. The size receives mixed feedback – while it’s small enough to pack around, some find it bulky. The steam quality and heat level are problematic, with customers reporting very little steam in inconsistent amounts and temperatures not reaching above 100 degrees. Moreover, the product has significant water leakage issues, with customers reporting water dripping onto floors and pooling during use. While some customers find it easy to use and worth the money, others disagree, making the ease of use and value for money aspects mixed.
