Precautions
1. The temperature resistance of the plastic body is 200°C (392°F). When continuous measurement at high temperature, the probe only needs to be inserted >2 inch (5cm) into the target object, and the plastic body should be kept as far away as possible from the pot or high-temperature gas. Otherwise there is a risk of melting.
2. For accurate measurement, make sure that the tip of the thermometer probe does not touch the bottom or wall of the pot.
3. Avoid scratching the pot wall occasionally, please pay attention when using the pot clip. It is recommended to clamp the pot clip separately in advance, and then put in the thermometer.
4. The main body is not waterproof. The probe can be cleaned with water, but do not wash the main body and display with water.
