How to Pair the Lights with APP?

1. Scan the QR code to download the APP, register an account and log in.

2. Enable the APP’s permission to find the “nearby device” and to your location.

3. Turn On your Bluetooth and WIFI (Only support 2.4G, not support 5G)

4. Plug in the lights, and long press the button on the adapter until the green indicator light flashes quickly to make the light enter in pairing mode.

5. Tap “Add device” on the app to find a device, then enter the right WIFI password and wait for connection, done!

App does not work?

1. Check if lights are on offline

2. Try to restart the APP, delete the added device and repair the lights

3. Try to update the APP to the latest version

Lights failed to connect with app? Keep all below conditions met when pairing:

1. Make Sure WIFI and Bluetooth are ON

2. Make Sure your WIFI is 2.4G and enter the right password

3. Make Sure to enable the APP’s permission to find the ”nearby device”

4. Make Sure the lights are in pairing mode (Long press the button on the adapter to make green indicator lights flash quickly)

5.Make Sure you have strong and stable signal(recommend to take the lights, your phone and your router as closer as you can)
