How to Descale for CM7036E?

When the red LED of the ON/OFF button flashes 3 times and beeps 6 times, it indicates that the machine needs descaling.

Mix descaling solution and water as directed. Place a container on the cup holder. Press Lungo once to start brewing. After completion, let machine stand for 5 minutes. Repeat Lungo brew 3 times. Repeat step 2 twice more using only clean tap water (no descaling agent).When descaling is complete, press and hold the ON/OFF button for more than 5s to cancel the descaling warning.

How to solve the problem of machine indicator lights flashing alternately?

If you notice the Ristretto, Lungo, Espresso, and Americano indicators flashing alternately, it means there is a water shortage alarm. Please add water to the water tank to clear the water shortage alarm.

Why do the Ristretto, Lungo, Espresso and Americano lights flash alternately and none of the buttons work?

The flashing red light and non-responsive buttons indicate a water shortage alarm. Please add water into the tank and the machine will automatically clear the water shortage alarm.

Will my travel mug fit under this machine? What’s the maximum cup height it can accommodate?

This machine fits coffee mugs up to 3.1″ with the cup holder, or 4.6″ without it. Perfect for most coffee mugs, but not designed for larger travel mugs. It’s versatile for your daily coffee needs!
