Thirteen Chefs cutting board mats are produced from high-density polyethylene, which is the same poly used in high-end commercial plastic cutting boards and are still flexible enough for easy transfer of product to bowls, pans or other cookware.
At 1/16 inches thickness, these mats are stronger than traditional consumer mats and wont deteriorate, won’t puncture easily and won’t dull knives.
Thirteen Chef cutting board mats are made 100% from HDPE and do not use rubber backing or other gimmicks to falsely increase the technical thickness of our mats.
Dishwasher Safe and Easy to Clean
Easily disinfect your mat with soap and water or put in a dishwasher (safe for home and commercial up to 185 degrees) for a more thorough cleaning. The non-absorbent material resists warping contamination from odor-causing bacteria, mold and mildew.
