Industrial Durability and Flexibility
Thirteen Chefs cutting mats are produced from high-density polyethylene, which is the same poly used in high-end commercial plastic cutting boards and are still flexible enough for easy transfer of product to bowls, pans and other cookware.
At 1/16 inches thick, these mats are stronger than traditional consumer mats and wont deteriorate, won’t puncture easily and won’t dull knives.
Thirteen Chefs cutting board mats are made 100% from HDPE and do not use rubber backing or other gimmicks to falsely increase the technical thickness of our mats.
Easy Sanitation and Clean-Up
Easily disinfect your mat with soap and water or put in the dishwasher (safe for home and commercial up to 185 degrees) for a more thorough cleaning.
All Thirteen Chefs HDPE mats can be discarded after short use and are recyclable, making them ideal for mobile food prep needs and convenient for use at home, while camping or for boats and RVs. The slim and lightweight profile also makes these mats a breeze to store when not in use.

Flexible and Lightweight – 24 x 18 inch mats can flex and bend for easier transfer and moving of foods while prepping and chopping in the kitchen. At only a few ounces each, the plastic mats are also easy to lift and do not take up space for storage.
