We worked with 80+ professional chefs and asked them what they wanted from a Zester Grater. Over the course of a year, the chefs provided us with feedback for revisions until it was perfected. This process resulted in a Zester Grater that is optimized for both the professional and home kitchen.

The ergonomic handle will give you full control of the zester. The thumb divot allows for precise control. It is designed to be not too hard and not too soft. It is designed to fit and feel comfortable in anyone’s hands.

PERFECT FOR ALL FOOD

We angled the teeth at a precise angle so it can grate the hardest of cheeses but also be delicate enough to zest JUST the outside of a lemon. Teeth are going to stay sharper for longer but not too sharp to grate your skin.

DESIGNED BY COOKS👫 – My wife and I love to cook but got tired of all the crappy zesters on Amazon so we just made our own. We worked with 83 other pro cooks who helped us design this zester grater. So what makes this one special?
IT IS BIG 💪 – This baby is 15 inches tall – more surface area means much faster zesting & grating. It’s as tall as a bowling pin yet it fits in our drawer (but we like to hang ours up like a trophy).
