PERFECTLY TUNED: 56° Rockwell (HRC) is the optimal compromise between long edge retention and easy resharpening. Anyone who uses their knife frequently will be pleased with this balance.
UNPRECEDENTED SHARPNESS: The blade is designed for sharpness and is therefore ground extra slim. Like each of our knives, the Red Spirit series is made of high-alloy stainless steel.
CRAFTSMANSHIP: A good knife requires many work steps. Until completion, our Red Spirit knives go through numerous production steps at our location in Deizisau.
