App couldn’t find my door lock, what should I do?
Please ensure the batteries have installed in the door knob, then reset the lock by pressing the setting button on the interior knob. you will hear a voice prompt“Please add Bluetooth Administrator“, then connect to the APP via Bluetooth.
How can I manually lock (without the app) from the inside.
You can turn on privacy mode, in privacy mode only the administrator’s fingerprint can open the lock, which can be done by following steps.
ON: Under locking state, long press the reset button for 2s.
OFF: Shortly press the button to turn it off.
How can l remotely unlock it? Do l need a gateway device to use this lock？
The door lock allows you to control your door when there is no gateway. If you are not at home, you will need to purchase a tuya smart gateway for remote control
