Please check the range settings on the app, tap the SW17 switch and adjust the range value to 1%-100%.

Can’t work like a real three-way switch, smart switch needs full control?

In this case, the two traveler wires are not connected properly. Then the electrical circuit must be powered by SW17 at the line end to make your ordinary 3-way switch work properly.
