What should I do if the keypad door lock’ s battery runs out?

Why can’ t I lock the door, or why does any passcode unlock my keyless entry door lock?

If the keyless entry door lock is set to Passage Mode, the door remains unlocked. Turn the interior knob to Normal Mode, and the door knob will auto lock in 5s. Before setting an admin code, the door knob allows any 4 to 16-digit passcode to unlock.

Why my keypad door knob’s Interior knob keeps coming off when I pull it?

When installing the interior knob, align both Exterior and Interior Knobs with the “UP” mark. Position the spindle bar vertically, and align the thumb turn arrow with the center dot and “UP” mark. Apply slight pressure to secure the interior knob.

What is the difference between the administrator and user passcodes of the door knob with keypad?

The admin passcodes can unlock the door even in Privacy Mode, while user passcodes cannot. Note: Individual passcodes cannot be deleted, only a full reset will delete all codes. Before adding multiple user codes, the admin code must be verified.

What happens if I enter the wrong passcode on my smart door knob?

If you enter a wrong code, the “√” button flashes red for 2s, and the buzzer beeps twice. You won’ t be able to re-enter a code during this time. After 10 consecutive incorrect attempts with codes over 4 digits, the system will lock for 2 minutes.
