1.Ensure Bluetooth is enabled

2.Try a different mobile device if yours may be incompatible

3.Restart both the light strip and Bluetooth

4.Stay within 1 meter of the light strip during connection

5.Remove obstructions between device and light strip

Cannot connect the light strip to Wi-Fi.

1.Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz (5 GHz is not supported).

2.Make sure your phone is on the same Wi-Fi and it works properly.

3.Double check that the correct Wi-Fi password has been entered.

4.Try another Wi-Fi to rule out router issues.
