Q). What is included in the box?

Q). Do I need a separate adapter/charger?

A). No, you can use your existing charger/adapter. Please note: adapter is not included in the box. if the size of your device input port is not DC 5.5X2.1mm, you need to buy the proper chord or adapter sperately

Q). How to check if the UPS is compatible with my device (router/wifi/modem)?

A). DCP-36 MiniUPS is compatible with all DC 12V/9V/GV devices up to 2 Amps. Kindly refer to your device specifications, mentioned on the back of the router/wifi or on the adapter/charger. Please select the correct DC port to connect.

Q). How much backup will I get during power cuts?

A). On a fully charged device, IQMatic will keep your device running for upto 4 hours, however the backup varies from modem/router to modem. Eg. If your device is 12V/0.5A, you can get upto 10 hrs backup. If device is 12V/1A, you can get upto 8 hrs of backup

Q). How much time does MiniUPS take to recharge?

A). It takes 4Hrs to 6Hrs to get fully charged.Intelligent charging IC-based draws only very small power from the adapter/charger while giving the maximum current to your router/modem to function properly. Note: Please charge MiniUPS for at least 8 hrs at first-time use since the product has battery and cannot be charged fully before shipping.
