PRODUCT COMPONENTS

This main device’s components are shown as follows:

1) Latch button: press the Latch button to take apart the battery cover from the device part in order to change the batteries or setup the Wi-Fi network.

2) Reset Button: Long press for 5 seconds this button to enter the Wi-Fi network mode. Switch between EZ mode and AP mode by long press the button more than 5 seconds.

3）LED indicator: indicate the device working state:

Fast blinking in Red: EZ mode (Smart config) for Wi-Fi configuration; Slow blinking in Red: AP Mode for Wi-Fi configuration; and Flash once in Red: Wi-Fi network connected, move the magnet from the device part to flash the Red.

PRODUCT INSTALLATION

1. The device part and the magnet part must be installed within 10 mm when the door, window, drawer, garage door, or similar items are closed.

2. Using one of the following methods to mount the device to the wall, door or window, or similar items:

A. 3M Tap Mode: Attach the self-adhesive pads to the device and magnet, remove the protective layer, then affix the device to the door/window frame and the magnet to the moving part of the door/window, ensuring they’re within 10mm of the sensor.

B. Screw Mode: Detach the battery cover from the device part by pressing the latch button and the magnet holder, then screw it onto the door or window frame, ensuring the orientation marks of the device and magnet face each other; proceed by attaching the magnet holder to the moving part of the door or window and mounting the device part onto the battery cover before fixing the magnet part to the holder.

QUICK GUIDE OF USING AMAZON ALEXA TO GET THE DEVICE’S STATE

Before using Alexa devices to retrieve this device’s state, ensure that the following conditions are met:

1. Stable Wi-Fi network which could access to Amazon server.

2. An Alexa device, such as Echo, Echo Tap, or Echo Dot. To create an Amazon Alexa account, follow the Alexa guidelines.

3. At least one door/window sensor is added in your account. The name of device is easily recognized by Alexa, such as “front door”, or “back door”

Note: Refer to the User Manual for steps on logging into your Alexa Account on PC or mobile, linking it, discovering the door sensor, and accessing its status via Alexa devices.

QUICK GUIDE OF USING GOOGLE ASSISTANT TO GET THE DEVICE’S STATE

Before using Google Home devices to retrieve this device’s state, ensure the following conditions are met:

1. A Google Home device, or Android phone with Google Home. Latest Google Home app, Latest Google app and a Google Home account.

2. The device display language must be set to English US and at least one door/window sensor is added in your account.

3. The name of device is easily recognized by Google Home, such as “front door”, or “back door”.
