Good little oven and smoker
Great so far. I cool pizzas on pan at 550 and dock/ finish the bottom on the stone. I got 12 inch pans on Amazon so that's not included, but I prefer lard to flour and corn meal plus the pizza goes in easy. Get a peel also 12 inch and there are plenty of less expensive ones that don't say Ninja. I smoked wings also and they were good. Parchment made the cleanup simple. It is in my carport and the smoke is minimal, but you can taste it. It has been in the 90s here, so it's nice to have the oven heat outside. Can't wait to take it camping…
