Easy to use Lattice roller cutter
Here’s how to use the tool:
1. Properly chill the dough,Roll out the dough to a suitable thickness(maybe you can try 1/4″ ).
2. Sprinkle with dried flour on the dough surface, use cooking oil to thoroughly grease the cutter`s blades.
3. Press down on the edge of the dough with one hand while gripping the tool handle with the other hand, then roll the cutter down from the near towards the outside.(Note: Do not roll from the edge to avoid getting the cut dough caught in the blades’ gaps. Avoid rolling repeatedly, and if not satisfied, try with a new piece of dough.)
4.Gently stretch the dough to open up the lattice.If there are sticking spots, stretch with your fingers or cut with a kitchen knife according to the marks.
5.With practice, you’ll master the technique and improve your success rate.
6.Trim off any excess dough and use other tools to cut the lattice into the desired shapes for decorating your beef Wellington, pies, cookies, pizza, and more.
