First Use Method
1.The switch of the new pot will be a little tight for the first time. Coat somecooking oil on the sealing ring, and apply a small amount of cooking oil on theupper handle stop rod and the teeth of the pot to facilitate opening andclosing.
2. Close the lid: When closing the lid,align the “▽” mark on the left side of the handle with the”△” mark on the lower handle, buckle the lid, and turn the upperhandle clockwise until the upper and lower handles are aligned to close itcompletely (special note: when the lower handle is installed, the slot isupward, and the metal is downward).

Notes
1. This product can only be usedin gas stoves. Please do not use it in induction cookers.
2. There may be a few impuritiesin the new pot. Please clean it before use. After cleaning, please open the lidand heat the pot until the whole pot emits smoke (about 1 minute) to form anoxygen film, then brush a layer of edible oil.
3. Please check whether eachprotective device is in good condition before closing the lid.
4. When cooking, you can heatthe food first with a big fire and then simmer it with a small fire. Aftercooking food, there may be a little blackening in the pot, which is a normaloxidation reaction and does not affect the use. Dry burning in an empty pot isprohibited.
5. When cooking food, if the potsticks due to misoperation, please wash the pot after soaking it with sodapowder, detergent, or white vinegar. It is forbidden to scratch the pot withsharp objects such as steel balls.
6. After cooking food, be sureto wait until the air pressure in the pot is exhausted before opening the lid.
7. Food and water should notexceed 3/4 of the pot capacity.
