Why is my Maven not producing steam?

The Maven has a filter to help prolong the life of your iron station. Before first use, please make sure to soak your filter.

How many temperature settings does the Maven have?

The Maven has 4 temperature settings.

Eco Mode – This is a mode safe for all fabrics

Dot 1 – Lowest setting, No Steam

Dot 2 – Medium/Low Setting, Low Steam

Dot 3 – Medium Heat, Medium Steam

Dot 4 – Max Heat and Steam

IMPORTANT: Before starting to iron, read the garment labels and follow the manufacturer’s ironing instructions.

How long is the Steam cord on the 125IS/140IS?

60” Steam hose.

Can this iron produce steam without manually holding the button?

No. In order to produce steam, you must press the steam trigger on the Maven.

My Maven is making a chugging noise?

The Maven utilizes pump technology to deliver endless steam. The pump can make a small noise when in operation. If the unit runs out of water or the filter is not soaked properly the chugging noise will increase.

Does the Maven have an auto-off?

The Maven Iron Station is equipped with a 10-minute auto-off. To reengage the iron you can move the iron or press any button.
