What kind of batteries ? How long do they last until you have to change the batteries out?
Install four AA alkaline batteries (included) to unlock the lock. Battery life can keep the smart lock working for 8-11 months. It is not recommended to use non-alkaline batteries and rechargeable batteries.
How to unlock the door when the battery is depleted？

How to add other family member or device?
You can add family member as Administrator or Common Member using the Member Management feature. They can unlock the lock via fingerprint or mobile phone after otaining the permissions from administrator.
What app can be used to control the smart door lock?
The Tuya App enables remote control of the smart door lock, and with an additional gateway, it can be upgraded to a WiFi model that is compatible with Google Assistant. Compatible with a variety of smartphones, such as Apple, Samsung, and Motorola.
How many fingerprints can be registered? How do I install the door lock, and will it be compatible with my door?
