How did we get started?
We started in our family workshop after we decided to solve the problem of proofing dough balls sticking together and losing their round. As pizza lovers, we had that annoying struggle for a long time, we could think of no better way to hold the dough ball in a plump round shape as it rests by proofing them individually in KEVJES dough ball proofing boxes.
