What is the weight range?
Wyze Scale Ultra has a weight range of 11-400 lbs (5-180 kg).
How to change the display units between lb and kg?
1. On the back of your scale, find the UNIT button under the battery cover. Press it to change the units from lb to kg.
2. Open the Wyze App → Go to the Wyze Scale Ultra device page → Click Settings (gear icon) → Select “Unit” → Switch to “kg”.
Do I have to connect to Wi-Fi to use Wyze Scale Ultra?
No, connecting to the scale is optional. Your measurements will display on the screen, even without Wi-Fi.
Why is the measured BMI inaccurate?
1. Ensure proper use: Place the scale on a stable surface, stand in a suitable position. Make sure the soles of your feet are dry and clean, and do not wear shoes or socks.
2. Update firmware.
3. Regularly calibrate.
Can I use Wyze Scale Ultra with wet feet?
Only step on Wyze Scale Ultra with dry or slightly damp feet, and only when the surface of the glass is not wet. If wet, wipe down the scale and your feet before stepping on.
